These last few weeks have been crazy and fun and exhausting and amazing all rolled into one big ball of stinky diapers, no sleep, and lots and lots of baby cuddling. Since Sammy made his impromptu entrance two weeks ago life has sped up and slowed down all at the same time. The one thing that has amazed me through all of it is how wonderful my family and friends are. We have been so blessed to have such a hoard of incredible people helping us out.
Here are a ton of pictures from Sammy's zeroth birthday party and the succeeding days. He's pretty cute I must say.
The whole fam. Eli is still adjusting to having a bb brother but is so loving and..."helpful".
My first time up after the c-section.
Uncle Sam meets Baby Sam
Poor little swollen and bruised arm.
Heading into the labor and delivery room.
Eli meets Sam.
Auntie Kathryn....our lifesaver. She came over and slept at our house when I went to the hospital so Dan could come up. She really saved the day.
Wide awake!
Love this one.
Auntie Jody and bb Sammy.
